Sunset from the Promontory in El Dorado Hills Overlooking Folsom Lake

This is a view from the promontory in El Dorado Hills overlooking Folsom Lake. The Promontory has some stunning views of Folsom Lake, however this was shot from a lower end of the Promontory where they are still building homes. The Promontory is developing quite a bit of new homes at the moment and if you are fan of sunsets over the lake, I would definitely take a look at the Promontory in El Dorado Hills for your next home purchase.

The only problem with some of these view is the power lines. I wanted to highlight the power lines to show that not every view is going to be “picture perfect” in the Promontory of El Dorado Hills. These massive power lines are probably going to obstruct the view of (I am just guessing here) 50+ homes if not more. Don’t get me wrong, the Promontory is a beautiful place to own a piece of real estate in El Dorado Hills but, really, those are some pretty massive power lines running through some prime real estate.

In any case, if you are considering purchasing a home in El Dorado Hills, CA, th Promontory of El Dorado Hills is a great place. Its a little pricing, but if you are thinking Serrano in El Dorado Hills or The Promontory in El Dorado Hills, I would personally recommend The Promontory. The Promontory has much better views throughout their developments along with a massive park and its about 3 minuets from Folsom Lake. You cant beat 3 minuets.

Any real estate in El Dorado Hills is good real estate, just make sure you don’t get stuck with the lot that has 100′ power lines in your view.

Hi there would you mind stating which blog platform
you’re using? I’m looking to start my own blog in the near
future but I’m having a hard time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal.
The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and
I’m looking for something completely unique.
P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

I am really enjoying the theme/design of your weblog.
Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues?
A couple of my blog visitors have complained about my blog not
operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera.
Do you have any tips to help fix this problem?

Appreciating the time and energy you put into your website and detailed
information you present. It’s nice to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same
old rehashed material. Great read! I’ve saved your site and I’m
including your RSS feeds to my Google account.
